For today's design I was looking for halloween designs on google images. I found this one and I actually started it yesterday because I figured the whites of the eyes would take at least all night to dry. I desided to use fake nails because I thought it would be easier to draw all the eyes with my right hand since I'm right handed.
the colors I used were:
black: sally hansen color quick fast dry nail pen in Black
white: sally hansen hard as nails xtreme wear in White On
blue: sally hansen hard as nails xtreme wear in Blue Me Away!
black dots: sally hansen nail art pen in Black
red: OPI in OPI red
