Day 16

          Today's design was kindof an epic fail. I wanted to use red, orange, and yellow, but that didn't work so I just used yellow and white and that sort-of worked. I'll also put in an picture toturial in the end.

picture toturial:

first tape off your nail

add a few drops of paint

add a few more until you get a small drop in the middle

from the center, with a toothpick, draw a line to the rim

from the center again, draw another line in the opposite direction

starting from one end, start drawing a circle while working in

I wasn't really happy with the swirl in the center so I drew another one on the side

once you find a swirl you like, line up the center of your nail on top of the swirl and dip in

while keeping your finger in, use a toothpick to pick up the extra nail polish

slowly and carefully pull out your nail

this is what it looks like when you pull it out

cut off the tape at the tip

pull it all off in one peice

after you remove the tape clean up around the edges with a q-tip thats been dipped in acetone.
